"Worst insurance agency I have tried to do business with in 40 years. They are totally incompetent and talking to them is useless.In response to your feeble minded lashing out. I have 10 un answered requests in my emails to change policy since August then to change agencies to a agency where people don't push all their workload on Danielle your employee. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND FOR A POLICY I NEVER WANTED TO RENEW. You have to leave responses to shallow people like you. Now I have to leave another bad review and call the corporate office and waste more time on a lazy idiot.. This will be the second complaint to your corporate office along with a complaint to the office of another state farm agent about your incompetence."
